Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on Onsite Support within the Medical and Information Technology (MIT) division of a large municipal hospital group. The core mission is to ensure the secure and reliable operation of over 6,000 IT workstations, which are critical for providing professional medical and nursing care. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct onsite support and consultation to end-users across four locations, independently resolving IT disruptions, managing service requests using a ticketing system, and contributing to continuous infrastructure improvement projects. Candidates must hold a vocational qualification as an IT Specialist in System Integration or possess comparable IT qualifications and professional experience, preferably with practical background in IT support.
