Job Summary

This role as an IT Implementation Specialist, based near Dachau, involves crucial support for the company's end devices and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include independent Incident Handling for devices from manufacturers like Garderos and Insys, coordinating closely with local service and system operations teams. You will actively participate in Change Management processes, providing remote commissioning support and managing device decommissioning. Furthermore, the role requires diligent system monitoring, specifically utilizing tools such as PRTG, alongside maintaining thorough documentation and executing data migration tasks.
