Job Summary

The Shift Technician will be responsible for executing minor repairs and essential maintenance tasks across the hotel, covering guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. A key component of this role involves overseeing and supervising external maintenance companies during scheduled service visits. The ideal candidate should possess a completed technical education or demonstrate strong manual dexterity and a proactive willingness to learn new skills, even if coming from a non-traditional background. This position requires strong teamwork skills and the flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including participation in on-call duty services.
