Job Summary

This role is centered on ensuring the operational integrity of diesel particulate filter systems across diverse applications, including rail vehicles, marine engines, construction machinery, and stationary systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve executing comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair tasks. A critical component of the job is performing detailed fault diagnosis, troubleshooting issues, and accurately reading and evaluating logger data to ensure optimal system performance. All work must be meticulously documented. The ideal candidate must possess a completed apprenticeship as a mechanic (truck, car, construction, or agricultural machinery) and ideally have prior experience in the vehicle sector. This position demands significant flexibility, including participation in on-call duty, night shifts, and weekend work, supporting critical infrastructure nationwide from the base in Rümlang ZH.
