Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled Master Electrician and Project Supervisor to drive the energy transition through the planning, coordination, and technical oversight of photovoltaic and energy storage projects in the Weiden i. d. Opf. region. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking technical charge of the installation and commissioning of PV systems, Wallboxes, and thermal connections, while also leading, mentoring, and providing technical support to the assembly team. The supervisor ensures compliance with VDE standards through meticulous testing, measurement, and documentation, and maintains strict adherence to safety and quality protocols, including working at heights when necessary. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in electrical trades supplemented by a Master Craftsman certification (Meisterprüfung) or equivalent qualification, coupled with multi-year professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within renewables or PV. Experience in project coordination and team leadership is essential.
