Job Summary
This System Administrator role involves taking responsibility for essential IT infrastructure management and user support. Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st and 2nd Level Support, performing problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving system malfunctions. The professional will also manage the procurement and inventory of IT assets, create project documentation, and handle the installation and maintenance of Windows and Linux clients and servers. Key responsibilities extend to administering user accounts, managing network hardware such as switches and firewalls, and maintaining VOIP systems. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in IT or equivalent qualifications, good knowledge of server operating systems and networking, and some programming experience (Bash/Python).
