Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT system administration and first-level support within a leading global electronics company near Gunzenhausen. The IT Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of hardware, including procurement, configuration, and rollout of PCs, notebooks, servers, and network components. Key daily tasks include providing user support via phone and helpdesk, managing user accounts and groups in Active Directory, and maintaining Windows Servers. A critical component of the job is managing data backup and recovery systems, administering Access, SQL, and Oracle databases, and overseeing network component installation. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification, professional experience in a comparable role, expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory, and experience with virtualization technologies like VMware/V-Center.
