Job Summary

This role is based at LVL Lebensmittel- und Veterinärlabor GmbH, specializing in food, feed, and veterinary diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting molecular biological laboratory analyses, with a strong focus on PCR techniques. Key daily activities include preparing samples, running qualitative and quantitative Real-Time PCR assays, and performing subsequent evaluation and documentation of results. You will also manage DNA/RNA purification using both column and automated preparation systems, conduct gel electrophoresis, and determine ESBL using Microarray technology. A critical component of the job is ensuring adherence to stringent Quality Management (QM) guidelines, including performing ring trials, verifications, and validations. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Biological Laboratory Technician (BTA) or equivalent qualification, coupled with professional laboratory experience and strong organizational skills.
