Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, internationally active family company located in the Bern / Oberaargau region as an HR Administration and Recruitment Specialist. You will utilize your comprehensive HR expertise to actively shape and manage the complete employee lifecycle, excluding payroll. Key responsibilities include handling all HR administration tasks, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specialists, overseeing time tracking, absence, and vacation management systems, and organizing internal training sessions. Furthermore, you will be involved in various HR and organizational projects and occasionally represent the Head of HR. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience as an HR Generalist, complemented by an HR Specialist certification (HR-Fachausweis). Success in this role requires a high degree of self-reliance, discretion, and proficiency in both German and English. This position offers significant scope for design and influence within a supportive, performance-oriented environment characterized by flat hierarchies and quick decision-making.
