As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing direct, on-site technical assistance for a range of hardware and software issues. Your daily tasks will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical problems swiftly, and collaborating closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure seamless IT operations. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions, creating user guides, and contributing to exciting IT projects and rollouts.
