Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Process Manager focused on optimizing business processes, primarily utilizing the proALPHA ERP system within the areas of order processing and material management. Key daily responsibilities involve conducting thorough requirements analyses, developing implementation concepts, and executing projects that feature technical interfaces to the ERP system. The manager will be responsible for creating detailed specifications (Pflichtenhefte) in partnership with external service providers, performing acceptance tests, creating necessary documentation, and conducting user training. The ideal candidate must possess solid professional experience with proALPHA, strong problem-solving capabilities, and high IT affinity. This position offers a permanent contract, a dynamic team environment, and significant scope for shaping processes. Success requires native-level German proficiency and professional English skills for effective communication with international IT service providers.
