Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics to lead the technical management of complex mechatronic development projects, from initial concept and proposal creation through to final system development. The Technical Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all mechatronic developments meet defined parameters regarding time, cost, quality, and maturity, specifically for components and subsystems used in vehicles like the Panther or Challenger. Key responsibilities include the technical leadership of development teams, optimizing systems based on comprehensive problem understanding, and managing integration, fault detection, and external suppliers/subcontractors. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree, significant development experience, strong organizational skills, and fluent German and English language abilities, alongside a willingness to travel.
