Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Cloud Telephony Support Engineer to join an engaged ITK consulting firm specializing in innovative ITK solutions. The primary focus is providing reliable, first-class B2B technical support for the company's cloud telephony product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities involve offering technical support and troubleshooting complex issues related to cloud PBX systems via phone, email, ticketing systems, and occasional on-site visits. Key tasks include installation, configuration, maintenance, documentation of support requests, and customer training. The successful candidate must possess a background in IT or Telecommunications, fundamental knowledge of SIP, IP networks, and proven experience in technical customer care, especially within cloud or telecom environments.
