Job Summary
This full-time Accounting Clerk position involves a variety of essential financial tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices, as well as clarifying customer inquiries regarding open invoices, dunning, and credit notes. The role also entails creating credit notes for various reimbursements, monitoring and maintaining creditor and debtor accounts, and managing master data. Additionally, the successful candidate will support general accounting duties, contribute to process optimization projects, and prepare reports and statistics for financial management. The ideal candidate will have a commercial or business administration background, some experience in accounts payable is a plus but motivated newcomers are welcome. Strong communication, reliability, and proficiency in MS Office are key.

Completed commercial or business administration training (e.g., Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Tax Assistant) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in accounts payable (desirable, but not mandatory)
