Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves managing the industrial maintenance team (approximately 20 employees) for a major global automotive manufacturer located in Sindelfingen. The Site Manager is responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring the consistent delivery of all contracted services for complex technical systems across all trades, including electrical and mechanical systems. A core responsibility is serving as the central point of contact for the client regarding all issues related to Technical Building Management (TGA). Candidates must possess a strong educational background, such as a Technician, Master Craftsman, or Engineer qualification in fields like Facility Management, TBE, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with substantial professional and leadership experience in comparable maintenance management. Proficiency in German (C1), MS Office, SAP, and Planon is required, alongside a high degree of quality and cost awareness.
