Job Summary

This role seeks a Junior Project Manager to take responsibility for the technical planning and execution of exciting building services projects across Germany, focusing specifically on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, and Air Conditioning) systems. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key daily tasks include coordinating subcontractors, developing customized technical solutions, and maintaining strong communication channels with clients, planners, and the on-site installation team. Candidates must possess a completed technical or commercial qualification in the SHK (Sanitation, Heating, Climate) sector, ideally as an Engineer, Master Craftsman, or Technician, along with professional experience in building services or construction management. This position offers a high degree of decision-making freedom, allowing the incumbent to actively shape the company’s development within a modern, family-run business known for its flat hierarchies and commitment to digitalization and flexible work models. You will be working flexibly from the office, construction site, or home office.
