Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician to manage the full lifecycle of printing, copying, and scanning systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, repair, and maintenance of these devices, both internally and at customer locations. A key function involves integrating the systems into client networks, handling commissioning, and configuring necessary software settings. The technician will also be the primary contact for 1st and 2nd level technical support. Ideal candidates possess a completed technical education and strong analytical skills, coupled with a highly service-oriented approach. Experience with specific brands like Ricoh and Lexmark is preferred.
