Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future data landscape for a leading travel direct provider. The Data Warehouse Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and further development of the existing Data Warehouse, primarily based on Microsoft SQL Server. Key tasks include building and maintaining robust ETL processes using SSIS, specifically handling booking and master data from the tourism booking system. The engineer will also be involved in developing modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric) and designing and optimizing SSAS cubes for analytical evaluations. Success in this position requires a strong focus on data quality, performance optimization, and close collaboration with the BI, Controlling, and operational departments to drive data-driven requirements and support future AI and automation projects. The ideal candidate possesses excellent SQL skills, deep knowledge of ETL development, and experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
