Job Summary

This IT System Engineer role is central to maintaining seamless operations by providing 1st and 2nd-Level support and ensuring rapid incident resolution across teams. The successful candidate will act as the expert for Microsoft Cloud Services, handling their implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. Day-to-day tasks involve managing client administration within Windows Client and Server environments, including software rollout for both Windows and Mac-OS clients, and collaborating closely with server, network, and application managers. A key responsibility is guaranteeing system security by analyzing and addressing security and virus incidents. This position requires strong technical knowledge in client/server architectures, Active Directory, and GPO, coupled with excellent communication skills to support both German and English-speaking employees and drive successful project implementation across departments.
