Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated and technically skilled Media Technician to join the Osswald 360 Group, a company with a 100-year history specializing in modern workplace and office solutions. The primary responsibilities involve the end-to-end management of presentation media installations at client sites, including the planning, physical installation, configuration, and setup of equipment such as projectors, whiteboards, and E-boards. A crucial component of the job is providing comprehensive customer training and offering essential first-level support for the installed media systems. Successful candidates must have completed technical vocational training, ideally in media or event technology, though motivated career changers are explicitly welcome. Essential requirements include strong manual dexterity, technical understanding for handling installation tools, fluency in German, IT proficiency, a Class B driver's license, and the physical ability to handle equipment weighing over 20 kg.
