Job Summary

This role involves joining a global security team in Mainz, Germany, focused on protecting employees and corporate assets by managing and enhancing security processes and systems. The core responsibilities include designing, implementing, and continuously improving physical security processes, particularly focusing on access control, visitor management, and key management. A key aspect is identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation within physical security workflows, utilizing tools and standards like BPMN and PowerPlatform. The manager will lead and motivate the Facility-Access-Management-Office Team, analyze global Security KPIs, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements such as GxP and GDPR. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in project and process management, preferably within a highly regulated environment like the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in both German and English.
