Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as the Pharmaceutical Area Engineer, primarily focused on the technical support, availability, and reliability of production facilities and associated clean rooms within a GMP-regulated environment. Day-to-day activities include planning and managing investment and maintenance projects, coordinating internal and external trades, and ensuring continuous improvement (CIP) related to plant availability, product quality, and safety. The successful candidate will also assume the function of Deputy Team Lead, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to consult with production management on strategic direction and investment strategy. Key qualifications include a degree in Pharmaceutical or Process Engineering and several years of experience manufacturing solid dosage forms.
