Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled Test Engineer to join a major German health insurance provider in Saxony or Thuringia. The core responsibility involves developing, optimizing, and continuously monitoring the test strategy across all quality-relevant systems and processes. Day-to-day tasks include executing complex test scenarios, performing deep error analysis in challenging technical environments, and defining technical minimum standards for all test stages (Unit, Integration, System, End-to-End) alongside internal and external development teams. The successful candidate will also act as a consultant, advising management on strategic decisions related to technical risks and quality impacts on user experience. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems and at least five years of professional experience in software quality assurance, particularly within complex system landscapes (Mobile + Backend).
