This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager specializing in Energy and Building Services Engineering to oversee the full lifecycle of complex construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive project organization, detailed planning, execution, and rigorous cost controlling. The manager will be responsible for preparing calculations, offers, and supplementary bids, generating partial and final invoices, and coordinating closely with site managers, administration, regulatory authorities, experts, and clients. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, proven professional experience in project execution and site management, and familiarity with German regulatory frameworks (VDE, VOB, BGB).
