Job Summary
This role is ideal for a practically minded, electronics-savvy professional, including entry-level candidates, who will be responsible for the manufacturing and maintenance of electronic and electromechanical assemblies for innovative order picking systems. Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on work such as soldering, assembly, fault analysis, and repair of devices and systems. You will perform visual and functional testing, commission finished assemblies, and meticulously document all measurement and test results, as well as assembly instructions. A key part of the role is supporting prototype construction, including both SMD and conventional component placement, and assisting in the construction of testing equipment. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification as an Electronics Technician (Devices & Systems) or equivalent, possesses strong manual dexterity, and is proficient in German. This permanent, full-time position offers job security, attractive compensation, profit sharing, flexible working hours (flextime), and no weekend or shift work.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (Devices & Systems) or comparable qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electronics.
Experience
- Professional experience in manufacturing electronic and electromechanical assemblies (entry-level professionals welcome)
- Experience in fault analysis, repair, and commissioning of electronic systems
- Experience in documentation of measurement and test results
- Experience with measuring devices and soldering techniques (advantageous)
