This role involves ensuring the operational integrity and compliance of electrical machinery, systems, and equipment within a specialized gearbox and drive technology manufacturing environment. The specialist will be responsible for testing, maintenance, and restoration of electrical assets, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations (UVV testing). Key day-to-day tasks include implementing new electrical installations, coordinating workflows, and acting as the crucial interface between the design and production departments. The position requires taking on technical and supervisory responsibility, including mentoring apprentices in electrical engineering and mechatronics. The ideal candidate holds a technician or master's qualification in electrical engineering, possesses professional experience in maintenance, and demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills.
