Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT System Administrator specializing in First and Second-Level Support, joining Knott GmbH, a global leader in brake and trailer technology. Day-to-day responsibilities involve being the primary point of contact for user support, handling incident analysis, resolution, and service request processing via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. You will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency by installing, configuring, and maintaining essential hardware and software, managing user access rights, and assisting with the administration of Windows Servers, network infrastructure, and IT security solutions. Success in this position requires a completed IT qualification, 2 to 3 years of practical experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking.
