Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Chemical Plant Operator in Regensburg, Germany, focuses on the safe and reliable operation of critical infrastructure, including chemical, demineralized water/neutralization, and gas supply systems. Day-to-day duties involve independently operating, monitoring, and controlling these complex systems, alongside performing analysis, diagnosis, and sustainable resolution of faults. The role requires conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, meticulously updating technical plant documentation, and contributing to the creation and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must also coordinate external contractors and support various projects. The ideal applicant holds a completed vocational qualification as a Chemical Technician (Chemikant) or equivalent 3-year training, possesses fundamental knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and is prepared for shift work, including tasks requiring respiratory protection.
