Job Summary

This role involves providing essential administrative support to the Facility Management team within KNDS Deutschland Maintenance GmbH, a leading service provider for military vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoice verification, performance recording, and master data management within the CAFM system. They will also assist with building maintenance projects and operational technology. Ideal candidates will possess a technical background in building technology or construction with a business acumen, or vice versa, along with foundational knowledge in technical building equipment and construction projects. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is a must, and experience with the FAMOS CAFM system is a plus. The position offers a secure, full-time, permanent contract with attractive compensation and benefits.
