Job Summary

This role is for an engaged IT Systems Specialist focused on Managed Services, joining an established IT system house in Göppingen. The specialist will actively support and develop customer IT services, handling both remote and on-site maintenance. Key responsibilities include the administration of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructures, alongside providing 2nd-level technical support and consultation to clients. A critical component of the job involves the implementation and maintenance of monitoring, backup, and patch management concepts, as well as comprehensive hardware and software troubleshooting. Candidates should possess completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with professional experience in the IT sector. Essential technical knowledge includes Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall). Experience with Remote Management (RMM/ITSM) tools is also required.
