Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional, either a certified IT Specialist for System Integration or an experienced career changer, who thrives on direct client interaction. You will serve as the primary contact for resolving user IT issues across various client locations in and around Munich and Southern Bavaria, working within a rotating or spontaneous deployment schedule. Day-to-day tasks involve the on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware (desktops, notebooks, printers, mobile devices) and software (Microsoft Windows, Active Directory). You will also be responsible for setting up workstations, providing user instruction, and documenting all incoming tickets in the system. Success requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, a high degree of customer and service orientation, and mandatory fluent German (C1). A valid German driver's license is essential for this mobile position.
