Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Configuration and Change Manager to join the team supporting Airbus operations in Bremen. The core responsibilities involve driving the Change and Problem Report processes, coordinating modifications across key departments including Engineering, Production, PMO, and ILS (Integrated Logistics Support). You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving change requests specifically related to Airframe and Systems Engineering, and actively participating in internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). A crucial part of the job is maintaining and developing CM processes, tools, and standards, while serving as a vital interface between international Configuration Management and development teams. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed technical or IT-related university degree, professional experience in Configuration Management, ideally within the demanding aviation sector, and expertise in relevant CM/PDM tools. Fluency in English and very good German skills are essential, alongside strong organizational and communication abilities, ensuring structured work even under pressure.
