Job Summary

This Specialist, Regulatory & Operations role is critical for ensuring operational stability and adherence to evolving regulatory requirements within a major German asset management firm. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between control functions and operational sales units. Day-to-day tasks include translating complex external and internal regulatory requirements, specifically DORA, MaRisk, and Data Protection, into practical, actionable policies and processes. You will be responsible for advising operational units on implementing these new requirements, managing vendor contracts to ensure DORA compliance, and creating and maintaining third-party risk analyses and exit strategies. Furthermore, the role involves active participation in process creation, maintenance, and optimization, as well as contributing to strategic regulatory projects focused on strengthening digital resilience. This position requires a relevant degree, professional regulatory experience in the financial sector, and strong analytical and communication skills, offering significant scope for professional development and flexible working arrangements.
