Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Industrial Electrician to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of production and operational facilities at a major client in Solingen. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive electrical maintenance of all machinery and industrial systems, optimizing existing equipment, and actively driving the increase in operational automation levels. The successful candidate will participate in technical projects, managing tasks from initial conception through to successful implementation, and coordinating closely with production teams for optimal scheduling of workshop assignments. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, ideally complemented by several years of professional experience in plant electrics. This position requires a team-oriented, resilient, and analytical professional with a strong hands-on mentality.
