This full-time, permanent role seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology team, focusing on providing comprehensive technical assistance and managing IT infrastructure lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include end-to-end ticket management—covering capture, classification, qualification, dispatching, prioritization, and escalation—as well as performing error analysis and resolution for IT disruptions via remote access, onsite visits, and telephone support. The specialist will also be responsible for the installation and administration of client systems and meeting room technology, along with the deployment and lifecycle management of essential hardware like notebooks, computers, and peripherals. Key requirements include fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft environment and experience with automated client management tools.
