Job Summary

This role is a key position within the Business Development team for the Microsystems Research Division, focused on driving business growth and acquiring industrial R&D projects. The successful candidate will support the Business Development Manager in organizational and administrative tasks, including preparing offers, handling contracts, managing the CRM database, and creating materials for customer acquisition. A core function involves generating new business areas, deepening specific technological expertise, and representing the company at national and international industry events. Candidates must possess a technical education, preferably combined with an economic background, and demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. This challenging and versatile position requires excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English, offering a clear path to grow into the deputy role for the Business Development Manager.
