Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Security Expert to significantly expand, monitor, and continuously develop the company's IT Security environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include close coordination with the external Security Operations Center (SOC) to proactively manage and treat security incidents, as well as independently creating and delivering practical security training for employees. The expert will also manage external security service providers, help shape organizational security policies and processes, and program application interfaces. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or IT Security and practical experience in the field, coupled with excellent knowledge of current IT security standards, frameworks, and common attack methodologies. The role is initially structured as a 50% part-time position with the goal of expanding to full-time.
