Job Summary

This role as a Technical Estimator involves generating detailed offer and order calculations for complex, highly automated logistics projects, products, and services within the WITRON Group. Key responsibilities include accurately determining material, manufacturing, assembly, and transport costs. The estimator acts as a crucial link, coordinating technical specifications and details across internal departments such as Sales, Project Management, Design, and Purchasing. You will also be responsible for evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes, assisting in contract preparation, conducting variance analysis (actual vs. target comparisons), and maintaining calculation databases. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical education (e.g., Engineering degree or advanced technical certification), excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, ensuring a structured and solution-oriented approach to complex cost analysis. This is a full-time, permanent position offering performance-based pay, profit sharing, and flexible working models including flextime and potential remote work options.
