Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT Business Intelligence Manager to lead and develop the BI team for a leading European vehicle warranty specialist. The core responsibility involves defining and executing a forward-looking Data Warehouse strategy and roadmap, establishing robust Data Governance structures and data domains, and promoting a modern, collaborative work culture. Day-to-day tasks include providing disciplinary and technical leadership, building enterprise-wide reporting systems, operating a Self-Service BI platform for internal and external customers, and identifying high-potential use cases for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (such as predictive modeling and automated pattern recognition). Candidates must hold a completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, possess several years of leadership and DWH architecture experience, and demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
