Job Summary

This role is for a Space Telecommunications Engineer who will be instrumental in developing and optimizing advanced space communication systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently solving technical problems, such as integrating and expanding simulators for engineering queries, analyzing and applying existing ground solutions to protect LEO networks, and creating routing protocols for non-terrestrial 5G/6G systems. The engineer will also contribute to the development of a Network Control Centre for real-world space network device testing, covering connection management, VPN, tunnel monitoring, and satellite health reporting. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Telecommunications, Communication Technology, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in solving technical problems independently
  • Experience in logging for feeder link networks of LEO systems
  • Experience in creating routing protocols for non-terrestrial 5G/6G systems
  • Experience in developing Network Control Centres or similar systems
  • Experience in supporting optical space communication projects
