Job Summary

This Project Management Officer (PMO) role, based in Munich or Nuremberg, supports the DB InfraGO AG in managing infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on control and safety technology and electromechanics in the Southern region. The core function involves strategic and operational support to enhance efficiency and quality through effective cross-project resource and knowledge management. Key daily responsibilities include supporting resource allocation, utilizing project planning and coordination tools (such as MS Project and SAP), creating detailed reports, tracking risks and problems, and maintaining comprehensive document management systems and project databases. The officer is also responsible for setting up necessary tools and procedures and ensuring strict adherence to organizational methodologies and guidelines. The position requires professional PMO experience, proficiency in standard software applications, and a highly committed, cost-oriented, and customer-focused work ethic.
