Job Summary

The Quality Control Laboratory Technician is responsible for the comprehensive incoming inspection of raw materials and coatings, organizing and executing detailed paint, material, and surface tests, and performing precise color matching and colorimetry. A crucial part of the job involves evaluating test results, meticulous documentation, handling damage cases and complaints, and proactively initiating quality improvement measures in collaboration with production staff. Candidates must possess professional experience in paint and surface analysis, knowledge of the automotive supplier industry, and proficiency in MS Office. Success requires excellent communication, organizational talent, very good German, and good English skills.
