Job Summary

This role is centered on hands-on laboratory work within an innovative technology company specializing in multifunctional surfaces and end-consumer products. The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the development and rigorous testing of new coating and cleaning solutions according to specific technical requirements. Core daily tasks include conducting application tests and documenting results, evaluating and optimizing raw materials, and supporting ongoing serial production by performing essential chemical and physical analyses to maintain stringent Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Successful candidates must hold a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant) or Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), possess fundamental chemical-technical expertise, and demonstrate application-relevant experience in chemical synthesis and formulation.
