Job Summary

This role is for an Industrial Engineering Specialist focused on optimizing production processes within a manufacturing environment. The specialist will be responsible for conducting crucial time studies using tools like ORTIM, analyzing process data, and establishing standardized planned time modules necessary for dynamic work plan creation. A significant part of the role involves defining rules, maintaining master data, and ensuring process currency within the ERP system, often in coordination with an MES system. Approximately 50% of the work involves managing optimization and process improvement projects within the manufacturing context, acting as the technical contact person for manufacturing times. Candidates must possess completed technical training, ideally with further qualifications (Technician or degree), and crucially, a successfully completed REFA basic certification. Strong analytical thinking, process orientation, and a proactive approach to optimization are essential for success in this dynamic role.
