This role seeks a Technical Property Manager to oversee the holistic technical and infrastructural management of commercial properties. Key daily responsibilities include serving as the primary communication point for customers, tenants, and service providers, conducting precise property inventories, and ensuring high quality standards through regular site visits. The manager will also be responsible for critical financial oversight, including creating budget plans, coordinating subcontractors, and diligently tracking warranty periods and deadlines. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, ideally holding a Technical or Master qualification in supply engineering (such as HVAC/Heating installation), or a university degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Facility Management. Success requires professional experience in a comparable role, excellent organizational skills, and a pronounced service orientation to maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure smooth, efficient operational processes.
