Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineering Cable Designer to focus on the crucial task of designing and developing specialized cable assemblies for the space industry. Key responsibilities include creating detailed cable drawings using 2D-ECAD tools, managing the full lifecycle of order processing from initial feasibility analysis and quoting through development, production, acceptance, and final delivery. The designer will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing change requests while assessing their impact on cost and schedule. Essential qualifications include a degree or technician certification in Electrical Engineering and proven experience in the construction and design of system cabling. Familiarity with aerospace standards (ESA/IPC) is highly beneficial. Success in this position requires a structured, independent working style, proficiency with MS Office, and excellent communication skills, supported by fluent command of both German and English.
