Job Summary

This role involves end-to-end development of electronic assemblies, spanning from initial requirements definition through to final production. The Electronic Hardware Developer will be instrumental in shaping future-proof hardware platforms, managing critical tasks such as component selection, schematic creation, and PCB layout design. A key responsibility is ensuring full Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC/EMI) compliance, requiring deep knowledge of relevant standards and testing procedures. Success in this position demands close coordination with external EMS providers and electronic suppliers, as well as internal cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, and Electrical Engineering). Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and several years of dedicated hardware development experience, coupled with proficiency in both German and English, to thrive in this collaborative environment.
