Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled Service Technician specializing in Building Automation systems who thrives on independent field work. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of automated building systems, including the installation and commissioning of fixed systems and automatic swing door drives. Key daily tasks involve performing crucial repair work, systematic troubleshooting, regular safety maintenance, and necessary modifications for established clients within a 60-80 km radius of your home. Success requires a strong foundation in mechanics, electrics, and electronics, coupled with excellent technical understanding and manual dexterity. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or similar technical qualification. The position demands reliability, a customer-friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage your own vehicle inventory. The company offers intensive, multi-month training, diverse tasks, and a company vehicle provided for both work and private use.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Installer, or comparable technical qualification. Additional qualification as an Electrical Specialist is desirable for career changers.
Experience
- Professional experience in installation and commissioning of technical systems
- Strong knowledge in Mechanics, Electrics, and Electronics
- Ability to independently implement solutions at the customer site
- Experience handling modern building technology

- Possession of a valid Class B driving license. Must be willing to work within a service radius of approximately 60-80 km from the residence. Unrestricted employment contract.
