The License Management Specialist supports the permit department at Tipico Retail Services, a leading sports betting provider, by compiling shop permit documentation and acting as the central liaison for franchise partners throughout the entire licensing process. Key daily responsibilities include ensuring organized data maintenance across various systems, meticulously monitoring deadlines and compliance requirements, and supporting the development and documentation of permit-relevant processes. You will serve as the direct contact for franchisees, guiding them through complex German bureaucracy and answering all ad-hoc inquiries related to shop permits in all federal states. To succeed, you must possess professional administrative experience, ideally with contracts and licenses, coupled with a structured, detail-oriented work style and strong communication skills.
