Job Summary

This role centers on the conception and development of mixed-signal sensor electronics and algorithms specifically for inductive position sensing technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, simulating, and optimizing critical components such as coils, core systems, and wires to enhance sensor performance. You will be actively involved in implementing solutions using microcontroller technology, ASIC solutions, and various communication interfaces. A key aspect of the role is adapting and refining existing sensor electronics to meet precise technical specifications and customer demands, while strictly adhering to environmental and EMC requirements. Quality assurance through detailed simulations, calculations, and development-accompanying measurements is mandatory, along with thorough documentation of all results. Candidates must hold an Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Communications Technology, or a comparable technical qualification. While initial professional experience in hardware development and circuit design is preferred, intensive training is provided for motivated entry-level professionals, making this a great opportunity for career advancement in a permanent position.
